Jimmy graduated with a BSc Sports & Exercise Science (Hons). From here he started his career in the health industry. He started in the personal training and strength and conditioning area. It was at this point he found an interest in injuries and rehabilitation. Jimmy added sports and remedial massage to his skill set and found it a fantastic addition for his clients as he could support their training through treatment to try and prevent problems before they arise.
As a registered Osteopath Jimmy's treatments focus combining hands on therapy with exercise to get you back to your activity as quickly as possible. Jimmy has extensive experience from working with premier league football clubs to Formula One drivers.
Jimmy has extensively added to his training through continual professional development and combines multiple skills in his treatments where necessary;
Jimmy has been lecturing in the field of manual therapy and for a number of years and this keeps him at the forefront of all new and adaptive techniques. He has lectured professional from all fields of manual therapy and he travels the UK teaching others from single practitioners to premier league football medical teams.
As part of a small team Jimmy will be published in 2016 in Medical and Electro-Acupuncture and also in Osteopathic spinal and peripheral joint articulations. This is a very exciting time for Jimmy and the team at Osteon.

Giles has worked within health and fitness for over 10 years. Having started off with qualifications in personal training and strength and conditioning, he progressed into medical acupuncture and then completed a 5 year degree in Osteopathy with the College of Osteopaths.
Giles graduated with awards in clinical distinction and special achievement, as a strong structural osteopath he combines rehabilitation exercises and multiple techniques within his treatments and has worked with patients from office workers to international athletes.
When he is not treating patients, Giles is part of a training company lecturing and teaching Medical Acupuncture, Manipulative therapy and Clinical Kinesiology taping to a range of manual therapists and doctors throughout the United Kingdom.
MSc Exercise Science, BSc Osteopathy
Alison has been teaching exercise and fitness for over 27 years both as an instructor and a tutor.
Over the past 12 years, Alison has focused on teaching pilates with the very prestigious position as the UK's first STOTT PILATES Lead Instructor Trainer, which she was awarded in June 2012.
In June 2014, Alison become a registered Osteopath and finds that both Osteopathy and Pilates compliment each other, providing her clients and patients with both acute and chronic care.
When training with Alison, clients adore her eye for detail and her passion for all types of exercise. She makes Pilates fun by incorporating more functional movement into the more classical exercises.
Anna graduated from the British School of Osteopathy following a long career in Sports Massage and Physiotherapy. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association.
Anna works mainly using structural osteopathic techniques and has a particular interest in sports injuries in addition to the problems seen in general practice.

Nick undertook his training in Osteopathy at Southern Cross University, Australia and has a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Clinical Science, majoring in Human Form and Function. He offers an integrated approach to Osteopathy and uses musculoskeletal techniques to provide quick and effective relief from spinal, joint, muscular and nerve pain and gives his patients specific guidance on how to prevent future problems. Nick is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (UK) and the Osteopathic Board of Australia.
Nick moved to osteopathy after 10 years of working as a remedial and sports massage therapist and strength and condition coach. In Australia, he has worked with the Tongan International Rugby Team, Australian Olympic Rowing Team, and a variety of professional triathletes, surfers, Para-Olympians and high level amateur footballers, runners, cyclists, and MMA fighters. More recently, he has had the privilege of working with a number top level dancers and dance students based in Surrey. However, he finds the majority of people that seek out advice and treatment tend to suffer from aches and pains related to work, bad training habits and DIY home renovations.
Nick has been casually involved in sport himself, completing various marathons, ocean swims and triathlons in Australia. Since moving back to the UK, he has enjoyed walking and running around the parks of Surrey with his wife and dog. He also still loves to surf, and can be seen in the waters around Sussex, Devon and Cornwall on weekends.
